Templates and Forms

Authors should use the official IJSSS templates and forms when preparing and submitting their manuscripts.

The following files are provided to ensure consistency, completeness, and compliance with the journal’s submission requirements.

The Manuscript Template should be used for the anonymized manuscript submitted for double-blind peer review.

The Title Page should be uploaded as a separate file and should include the manuscript title, author names, institutional affiliations, ORCID IDs, corresponding author information, and contact details.

The Author Declaration Form includes statements regarding:

• authorship and author contributions

• conflicts of interest

• funding

• ethics approval

• informed consent, where applicable

• data availability

• use of artificial intelligence tools

• copyright and licensing

Authors are responsible for ensuring that all required files are complete and accurate at the time of submission.

Submissions with missing or incomplete required documents may be returned to the authors for technical revision before editorial evaluation.
